#1284 XAudio2 music volume doesn't scale correctly

When the XAudio2 - Set music volume event is used, the interface tells you to select a volume from 0 to 100. However, if you choose a volume lower than 50, the music is not audible at all. The music volume seems to decrease very rapidly as the volume goes down from 100%.

In the attached cap file you can decrease and increase music volume to test the behavior. For the program to work, you must add an MP3 file to the application's folder called "test.mp3".
