#1189 Event Sheet Order Scrambled after Saving and Reloading

If I reorder my event sheets in the Project Tab to reflect reordered layouts, they are scrambled in a different order every time I save and then open the project.

I would love to see this fixed, because it's the only issue keeping me from expanding and organinzing my current project.
