#1184 Plasma hotspot misaligned at runtime

Setting the position of the Plasma object doesn't work as it should. For instance, setting it to ScrollXLeft and ScrollYTop will place the top left edge of the plasma object outside of the visible playing area.

See attached .cap. Remove the " - 128" and " + 128" portions of the set position action to see the results.
