#113 Allow arbitary width resize, not restircted by screensize

I'd like to be able to resize the window to an
arbitary width, that's not restricted by the
screensize or font.

Currently conslole2 will only allow me to resize to a
maximum of 160 characters wide, even if I'm using a
smaller font than the default 10 point.

An option to specify the screen output width,
independent of the console window size, with a
horizontal scroll bar when the window is smaller than
the width would be great too.

Unfortunatelly, maximum Console size is determined by
Windows' console maximum size. I can't resize Console window
beyond that.

You can unhide the hidden console window, select Lucida
Console font, size 8 or less. When asked, select 'Save
properties for future windows with same title' option. In
the future, Console setup will do this for you...

After that, you'll be able to resize Console beyond 160
columns (you'll need to restart Console first), but you'll
still be limited by maximum Windows console size...

I am using dual monitor on my pc.

I have a problem that i cannot make Console wider than 1 screen width.
I'd like to span Console across both screens sometimes.
