#380 Resizing window causes bottom rows to be hidden.

Open a new tab, fill the screen with output, resize the window a few times, switch between tabs and the bottom, active row is cut off. It's been this way for a long time and is very annoying, please fix.

    I have everything except the tabs bar hidden.

    I have everything hidden except the tabs bar (only visible when there is more than one tab) and I get this problem too.

    Three questions:
    1. does the bug exist in my unofficial build from http://kirill.ca ?

    2. "resize the window a few times" means "resize horizontally" or "resize vertically" or "increase/decrease both dimensions"? "few times" can benefit from a clarification.

    3. what are numbers in Edit > Settings > Console > Window size and Buffer size groups? and what is the shell? Attaching the console.xml will cover any other questions about the settings.

    Thanks for the swift feedback.

    1. yes, the bug still occurs with the build 148.2

    2. it only happens when I resize the window vertically by dragging the upper window border. the effect gets visible as soon as I release the mouse button

    3. the effect is reproducible for any window and buffer size - but the window is correctly resized if I enter the Console settings and quit them via [OK].
