[Consmgr-tech] object-design doc

   heh.  It's not even conveinently editable on the Mac!  I edited it  
this morning, and of course it nuked the .svn directory, so I couldn't  
commit (or diff) the changes.  hehe.  Clearly, something that is a  
directory but isn't, which the Mac sometimes does, is "bad" for  
portability (and subversion).

   Oh well.  Anyway, I made a few minor changes to the doc,  
corrections, setting the name of MasterController, no significant  
changes, but.  Make sure to update before you move it to the new  
location, whatever that may be.
