Welcome to connectX!

connectX provides a project to introduce object oriented programming. connectX is designed to be a client-server-application. Coding itself is meant to happen on client's side. There is a page for [Testing].

A complete installation is twofold and needs a jdk installed first. You might obtain the jdk from Sun, called Java SE there. For a [Quickstart] you can skip this jdk-installation in the first place for the installation shown here can rely on the java-installation that usually comes with any (even windows!) system.
