#103 Ability for two graphs to share the same dynamic scale

Suppose I have two graphs showing network up/down speeds. I haven't set a scale for either of the graphs, so they are each changing their own scale *individually*. It would be very useful to be able to "bind" the two scales together, so when graph's scale decides to increase, the other must follow, and vice versa.
