#457 Conky disappears when clicking desktop link (shortcut)

conky 1.10.1 compiled Wed Jan 6 17:11:38 UTC 2016 for Linux 3.19.0-43-generic x86_64
Ubuntu 16.04.1 LTS - Ubuntu 16.04 (xenial)

I have three conky windows set up for which I just translated the conkyrc's to Lua (recent upgrade). However now with this version when a click an icon on the desktop (symbolic link) all three windows disappear. I then have to manually revive the windows with: killall -SIGUSR1 conky .

Can somebody confirm this behavior?

The issue appears resolved with the following changes to my conkyrc:

own_window=true,
own_window_class="Conky",
own_window_type="normal",
