#433 disable_auto_reload in .conkyrc breaks exec and execi

Setting disable_auto_reload in .conkyrc breaks ${exec} and ${execi}. exec and execi statements only get run when conky starts, but never after that. That makes no sense since the data provided by exec/execi statements gets removed from conky upon first update. My conky version is 1.9.0.
