"Conges" is running on "Apache Tomcat/8.0.28" on windows xp32.
Trying to input a first name with an accentuated letter crash the app. And "users.xml" is erased (size=0) so impossible to login after that !

fix in v1.7.4 due to JAVA 8 deleted class sun.io.CharToByteConverter (Xerces-J updated from v2.4.0 to v2.11.0)
