The actual state of the Confluence-el integration project cover pages but not blogpost or comments
An improvement for the confluence-emacs integration would be the support for these two (blogpost and comments) confluence elements

Confluence-el 1.4
emacs 23-24
ubuntu 10.04
Confluence Server Info: ((patchLevel . 0) (baseUrl . https://dev.sourcesense.com/confluence) (minorVersion . 2) (buildId . 1814) (developmentBuild . true) (majorVersion . 3))

Regarding the blogpost the presentation could be done in the same way as the pages, and the comments could be presented like the Jira's mode but  in a separate buffer(??),  http://www.emacswiki.org/emacs/JiraMode
