[Configobj-develop] ANN: 4.7.2 is released

4.7.2 is now out and can be found in the usual place. I'll do some more 
announcements tomorrow. If you are using 4.7.0 or 4.7.1 it is *highly* 
recommended that you update.

A note on the problem with lists and interpolation:
