Hmmm... I've managed to view the attachment. Epydoc is complaining about the reST syntax - presumably in a docstring. There are various possibilities, including the possibility that you are using an old version of docutils. I would check if using the latest release helps (0.5.0 - the previous release is about 2 years old). I can look at this in more detail on my return.
