[Configobj-develop] ConfigObj 4.5.2 and validate 0.3.2

Hello all,

I've just done a new release of validate and ConfigObj. This is validate 
0.3.2 and ConfigObj 4.5.2 and fixes the bug where default values of None 
in configspecs were broken.

I've just switched to a Mac desktop and I've had to update my 
build/release process - so it has taken longer than usual and I haven't 
yet built new eggs or updated PyPI.
