[Configobj-develop] Spring cleanup

As noted in our esteemed host's blog, I'm going to do some spring cleanup
of open issues on ConfigObj. (It's spring, at least in the southern
hemisphere, right?)

Expect several replies to old threads in the next days.

Oh, and don't pay too much attention to the grim signature behind the
curt... I mean, below.
