[Configobj-develop] Interpolation

I am confused on the use of the terminology "DEFAULT" subsection in the docs
and they dont have any examples of what such a section is.

Anyway, I did the intuitive thing with my .ini file and it is failing. Any
feedback on how to get interpolation to work is appreciated:
