Participant details copy -- appends copies of various records, multiple ties
For example I was able to create 4 copies of an address by simple checking it off and clicking Copy 4 times. This affects email address,, phone
Severity - moderate? This would depend on the final work flow for this function
Email address no longer do this (it checks if address is already in there). Need fix for the others
