#11 Problem with deleting entries when linked to other tables

System does not work properly when entry is deleted from some tables (categories, formats, equipment type, etc) and other tables point to those entries. (Need an exhaustive list of what those tables are). Proposed to disallow removing entries from those tables if they are reference in other tables.

When an object utilizes a category that category should not be deletable. So the delete should do a check to ensure that it will not corrupt any existing data - or the delete should reset references to null (and code should allow nullable values?)
