[concern-users] WingS updates

Hi,

there were some updates in wingS recently, that might be of interest to 
osbl- users also:

o The autocompletion component XSuggest has been rewritten based on YUI. 
Now its use can be recommended.

o An SSplitBar component has been implemented. It's not finished yet. 
But as soon as it's finished, I will integrate it for the sidebars.
