I ran

ant xdoclet jca ejb web

ant it reported BUILD SUCCESSFUL.

Under demo/src I only have:

[lisa@mandrake1 src]$ pwd
/home/lisa/concern/concern-src-1.0.1/demo/src
[lisa@mandrake1 src]$ ls
cml/  cpd/  CVS/  html/  java/  meta/  res/

Any suggestions?
