#26 Distinguishable messages (FIRE)

With the new syntax there are more different forms of distinguishable messages rather than just a target and/or selector value. FIRE does generate all distinguishable messages, but they are not used after that. i.e. SIGN/CORE/... only perform actions on given targets and selectors, but this is not sufficient.
