I think this may be closed except for the following:

The field size of 20 is too small. If the server is hosting
more than one domain (i.e. it's not windows or a small
single domain server) then the domain name is usually
given in the e-mail account. i.e. - I would log in to the
server using the account
freddy.trueman@compiere.com.pl rather than
freddy.trueman. Perhaps 50 is a safe field size ???
