#497 Option to only print totals in a report

There should be an option in the print format to only print
line totals, i.e. suppress printing of the detail lines.

That would make it easier to quickly make summary
reports.

This functionality has been implemeted in the
compierecms project by adding a column to
AD_PrintFormat called IsTotalsOnly.

It would be great if this was implemented as well in the
official release.
