Please help me to solve an issue of Compiere Support.sh file is not updating the information for Tomcat app sever running in Linux.
Issue in Detail:
For support update we usually run RUN_Support.sh file in Utils folder of Compiere2 folder.
I am running Compiere App server using Tomcat. While I login to compiere as thin client (web) browser showing me a message that I need to contact compiere for support details. Then I stopped Tomcat server then ran that support file and validated it. I started Tomcat again but still the same error is showing again.
FYI:
This issue is not happening in windows machine and if I deploy the compiere in JBoss server then support.sh updating properly. Problem is in Tomcat server of Linux machine.
