I have installed Oracle 9i2 on RHEL WS3. I think everything is ok with Oracle. but when run the ./RUN_setup.sh I recieve the following error:
JDBC = jdbc:oracle:thin:@mystation.com:1521:compiere
java.sql.SQLException: Io exception: Connection refused(DESCRIPTION=(TMP=)(VSNNUM=153093120)(ERR=12505)(ERROR_STACK=(ERROR=(CODE=12505)(EMFI=4))))
Error connecting to Database: compiere as system/oracle
Error JDBC Connection
(Error connecting to Database: compiere as system/oracle)
I wish I can recieve a reply from you tilling me how to troubleshoot this problem

your oracle user "system" password is not correct. The default is manager on the database. So make sure that the password in your environment and the database is the same.
