i need help in installing compiere server

i have downloaded compiere entire code along with jboss under directory g:\compiere

i have a doubt in setting COMPIERE_HOME . whether i have to set it as g:\compiere or as G:\compiere\install\Compiere2

but i have set COMPIERE_HOME = G:\compiere\install\Compiere2  in environment variable. after setting this i have started RUN_setup.bat manually it is giving me

Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/compiere/install/

Maske sure that the environment is set correctly!
Set environment variable JAVA_HOME manually
or use WinEnv.js in the util directory

I think u shld set g:\compiere2 as the COMPIERE_HOME
