WHen selecting a lot the list shows lots that no longer
have any qty available. The query should suppress
these rows from displaying

Only losts where Qty OnHand / Ordered / Reserved == 0 are
not displayed. Or vice versa, a lot is displayed if ant of the
fields is not zero.
