#49 Version and logo invalid in Printable Supports

In the Printable Supports, the version is noted as 1.00 in very document. This version information must be removed.

In the Spanish version of those documents, the logo on the first page has a mispelling error: it writes "Qualidad" instead of "Calidad". This logo must be corrected in all Spanish documents.

Finally, in the French monitoring critical events form, the last indicators of criteria J have to match the printed COMPAS Board.
