Just like the bug reported on the phase reports, "1718665 Asian font in
titles of Word exports", some characters are replaced by asian fonts in the logical framework Word document export.
The bug couldn't be reproduced on version 1.4.1.
The bug has not been closed because the logical framework Word export may require some improvement in its layout, but its priority has been lowered from 5 to 3.
