iamdecal is working on a new version of the mod_rss module. This is an
improved RSS feed mod that also provides a feed for comments as they
are posted, it also adds a list of the latest comments to the side bar

I've fixed up the standard RSS module to resolve the validation problems, but I haven't implemented anything todo with comments - so this will still be useful in the future.
