#31 Ability to add captions to pictures

I would like to see the ability to add captions underneath
pictures that posted in the blog. Either the ability to add
it during posting, or even better, the ability to add it after
posting. Maybe somewhere in the admin page. I think
for most people its to write about stuff and show off their
pics, I think captions underneath the pics would be an
added benefit. here is alink to where it is in the forums

We should handle this as a captioning module combined with a module admin
interface for post-posting caption addition.
