#7 Refresh Main Accounts List upon creation

After completing the creation of an account, the list
is not updated under the main listing. This should be
updated anytime some addition, modification, or
deletion is performed.

Known issue, plan to fix soon. I need to add a refresh
trigger to the Accounts class, probably called by
Application.refreshAccounts() or something similar.
