What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set-up commit monitor to observe a repository with correct account /
password
2. Change password with repository but "forget" to update CommitMonitor
settings
3. If repo has a security limit on failed logins, wait for CommitMonitor to
inadvertently lock you out.

Suggest adding a failed login limit to the settings page to prevent this
from occurring.

It could also be that you have several projects on the save SVN server, using the same
set of username and password. In this case, the other projects should be prevented from
requesting to login to the server as well - the per-project settings does not solve
    this in every case.
This is pretty much related to issue 209, "Common Password for all projects".
