Could you additionally add the options like "Mark as important", "Mark as ToDo" or most common "Mark as review later" maybe in different colors green, red and blue e.g.?

That it is possible to recognize which commit message was read I find a great thing. But an additional marking function would facilitate the work for someone who operates code review considerably.
