#459 Confirmation prompt for "Mark all as read"

My list of unread commits doubles as a "to do" list of code reviews that I need to do, so I want to be careful in how I clear it.

I never use the "Mark all as read" button, but I have clicked it a couple of times by accident.

Could you please add either a confirmation box for "Mark all as read" or an option to hide toolbar buttons?
