#453 Allow a user to selectively ignore commits in certain directories

Hi there,

I'd like to be able to specify directories for the project to ignore or automatically mark as read when it updates.

This would be especially useful if I am already watching a sub project and don't wish to be notified twice or more about the same commit.

The feature would be disabled by default and, when enabled, become pre-populated with all currently active subproject directories. The box would presumably look/work the same as the 'Ignore Users' textbox.
