#447 Use TortoiseSVN for diffs greyed out

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. upgraded to TortoiseSVN 1.8.3.24901 (x64)
2. upgraded to CommitMonitor 1.8.7.831 (x64)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
viewing diffs from the logs resulted in a unified diff instead of using TortoiseSVN as the viewer. The option "Use TortoiseSVN for diffs" was greyed out in options.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Win7 Pro 64-bit; CommitMonitor 1.8.7.831 (x64); TortoiseSVN 1.8.3.24901 (x64)
