#439 Auto-scroll to earliest unread entry when filter changes

Until a few versions ago, the window with the commit messages would automatically scroll to the earliest unread message when the filter changed.

I think (but I'm not sure) that at the same time this stopped working, the checkbox "Show the project with the last unread message when the main window is shown" appeared.

I'm not sure what this checkbox is supposed to do; it is not clear to me what the "last" unread message is: the last one that arrived (the top one in the list) or the last one in the list (the one that arrived the earliest).

Currently, independently of the state of this checkbox, when I close the Options dialog, the window scrolls to the earliest unread message. This may or may not indicate that the checkbox doesn't work correctly (I'm not sure whether it is supposed to affect this).

In any case, my request is to make the window scroll down to the earliest unread message when the filter changes -- this behavior possibly being controlled by this checkbox (if that's the purpose of the checkbox).
