#435 Allow drag&drop for svn controlled folders + update working copies from commit monitor

Two related feature requests in one:

1a: I'd like to be able to drag an SVN controlled folder onto commit monitor. Commit monitor should then pre fill the project template with the information that it can gather from the dropped folder.

1b: Enable "send to commit monitor" from the explorer context menu.

2: with this knowledge it would be possible to update a local working copy directly from commit monitor if Tortoise(SVN) via a right-click action.
