What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install snarl
2. Install commitmonitor
3. Start commitmonitor
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected commit monitor to register with snarl and display messages. Instead commit monitor would not register with snarl nor display any messages via snarl.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 1.7.1.597 on Windows 7 Professional x64 SP 1
Please provide any additional information below.
A reboot of Windows resolved the problem and commitmonitor registered with snarl upon startup.
