Features such as 'Open Webviewer' do not apply to Accurev repos. Also 'Show diff with TortoiseSVN' is not correct text for the diff, since an external diff (WinMerge) is currently the default.
In general, all unimplemented features should be hidden / disabled, and all implemented features should be tidied up.
