If you have two watches, one on a project and another on a sub-project of
that project, then Commit Monitor will display them in a nested fashion in
the left-handle panel.

If a change is detected in the sub-project, then the change will be shown in
bold. But the parent project will also show a change.

That means you have to "Mark all as read" twice. It would be good if only the
sub-project showed the change.
