What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enter incorrect SVN password in CommitMonitor
2. Allow CommitMonitor to refresh commits.
3. Program will continue to ping server with bad password on refresh
interval, may result in locked account.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to stop pinging server with incorrect login when bad authentication
is returned. Instead keeps pinging server.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.6.5.470, on Windows XP.
Please provide any additional information below.

This was implemented in issue #91 for version 1.6.0.
I've tested again and it works as it should.
If it doesn't work for you, then your server doesn't return the proper error code
(i.e., "not authenticated") in case of bad passwords but some other error instead.
