#243 Enhancement - Ignore change paths/white-list paths

I would love to be able to Ignore Paths.
Perhaps White-List paths as well.

So say i add "/trunk/doc/" to the Ignore Paths list, it will not show
revisions that only have modifications under that path.

The white-list would be if i wanted to ignore everything in "/trunk/doc/"
but still be notified of "/trunk/doc/en/"
Or one could ignore "/trunk/" but only be notified of "/trunk/doc/en/"
