What steps will reproduce the problem?
* If you sit in a company without direct inet access but only via a proxy
(with authentication) then I was not able to get commitmonitor running.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
commitmonitor should also run in this situation
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.6.5.470 on Windows XP Pro SP3

CM uses the same proxy settings that all svn clients use:
edit the file %APPDATA%\Subversion\servers to configure your proxy.
