#177 RFE: Column showing common path changed

My own repo is set to mail commit messages using mailer.py, and this script
figures out the root common path for all files changed. I'm tracking other
repos using CommitMonitor. It would be nice if CommitMonitor had a column
to show this info, for repos with lots of branches and projects.

The code that does this in mailer.py can be found following the comment "#
figure out the changed directories":

I suggest right-aligning the column, so the deepest directory is visible
when the column is too narrow. But that alignment might be a per-repo
option, as I can see where seeing the top of the hierarchy might be preferable.
