#42 Drag and flip page

Sorry for poor English.

I usually using comix on Tablet PC.
So, I wanted to flip page by dragging on panel, not click.

This patch will overwrite event.py and its mouse_release_event.
It only work when zoom_mode is set as ZOOM_MODE_BEST (Best fit mode).

Comix is very useful! Thanks all developers!

Thanks. Applied (though quite reworked :) ) into my fork repository (github.com/HoverHell/Comix/).
Relatedly, I wonder how hard would it be to add pdf-viewer-style continuous pages into comix.
