#152 area click for pad's touchscreens

We need to define areas to be able to move around the comics just with one click. Example: click in the upper half will move back a page, click on the bottom half will move forward a page.

This could be custom set up, defining up to four areas. There are a lot of pad's and touchscreen devices coming and I think this is going to be really needed.
