#81 Comix border behind gnome-panel when started fullscreen

If I start Comix in fullscreen and then switch back to normal mode the window goes to the upper left corner of the screen and its titlebar gets blocked behind gnome-panel. It does the same if gnome-panel is on the right, it then hides the X button, as evidenced by the screenshots. None of this happens, if I start Comix in normal mode and then switch in and out of the fullscreen mode.
